Ben Wallace

Brother Wallace, a Past Master of Blackmer Lodge No. 127 and Wilkerson College Lodge No. 760, is a veteran speaker on several topics, but has specific interests in the allegory and symbolism of Freemasonry, Masonic educational outreach, and Masonic history. His available programs include:

1) Allegory and Symbolism: Veiled in Allegory and illustrated by Symbols implies that there is a meaning that is only partially explained in our ritual. Brother's Wallace's program provides an overview of these hidden meanings. This program is 45 minutes in length.

2) The Stuart Dynasty and Freemasonry: When King James I assumed the English throne in 1603, the century that followed set the stage for the formation of the first Grand Lodge. This program is a fascinating look at this period in history and will leave you with a greater understanding of the tumultuous events leading to the formalization of our fraternity. This program is 40 minutes in length.

3) The Chamber of Reflection, A Contemplative Approach

4) Living the closing charge: Are we who we say we are? This program is 30 minutes in length.

5) A Marriage of Traditions: How the Kaballah and Hermeticism were joined together during the Italian Renaissance. This program is 50 minutes in length.

6) Mundane to Magical: How to Transform the Ritual Experience

Brother Wallace is willing to travel up to 50 miles from his home in Troy, NC.
